Job Description - Logistics Administrator

Logistics Administrator

12-Week Temp-to-Perm
Location: Outskirts of Hungerford
Hourly Rate: £12.30

Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with a passion for logistics? Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic organisation, is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team! This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering career growth in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, working closely with the Client Relationship Manager to provide administrative support. Your key duties will include:

? Managing orders and coordinating with the warehouse for seamless printing and distribution
? Assisting Account Managers and CRMs with stock reports and system updates
? Processing shipping labels and ensuring accurate order references for invoicing
? Using shipping calculators to determine costs and staying updated on carrier preferences
? Supporting the team with key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring order volumes to optimise staffing
? Collaborating with your CRM to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
? Assisting with invoicing, charge sheets, and logistics management system updates

What We're Looking For:

?? Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
?? A process-driven mindset with excellent communication abilities
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?? Previous experience in logistics or administration is a plus

Please note: Due to the location of this role, a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
