Logistics Administrator
Location: Minworth – On-site

Our client are a busy and customer-driven logistics and distribution company committed to excellence in service and teamwork. They are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Logistics Administrator to join the on-site operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage data accurately, keeping systems and records up to date.
Coordinate transport schedules and communicate any delivery issues or delays internally.
Prepare and issue shipment documentation to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as a key point of contact between hauliers and customers, ensuring high service levels, escalate issues when necessary.
Understand the basics of transporting Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods (full training provided).
Monitor carrier performance and escalate inconsistencies or delays.
Collate and present KPI data as required.
Assist with financial accuracy of invoices to ensure correct customer billing.
Manage delivery schedules and customer communication regarding stock or order issues.

Team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
Familiarity with logistics systems.
Awareness of Dangerous Goods handling (training provided).
