Logistics Administrator

Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Duration: Ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £15 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Mon to Thurs 8am-4.30pm, Fri 8am-1pm

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator for an ongoing contract, working for a large engineering company based in Loughborough, Leicestershire

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Working with hauliers and shipping lines in the UK and Europe.
* Assist in arranging courier collections and liaising with our warehouse.
* Managing shipping documentation.
* Working on customs clearances.
* Checking and passing purchase invoices.

Requirements:
* Experience in an administrative role (Logistics background ideal but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, for example, handling documents in various currencies and different weight formats.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
