Job Description - Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator required for this fixed term contract to start ASAP until 31st December 2025.

You will be responsible for the planning of diaries, escalating issues and the organisation of bookings for clinics and appointments.

Salary: £28,050pa
Hours: Full time
Location: South Cambs, hybrid work pattern with 2-3 days in the office

Duties:

Ensure diary bookings are effective
Oversee daily workload of clients
Format and send reports
Updating databases
Booking internal and external appointments
Set up new clients
Admin tasks such as setting up new accounts, updating questionnaires and sending welcome packs
Responding to and problem solving operational issues
Make clinical team hotel bookings

Ability to adapt to change
Exceptional attention to detail
