Shifts Available:

Saturday-Wednesday – 7AM-6PM
Monday-Friday – 7AM-6PM
Saturday – Wednesday – 6PM-5AM
Monday-Friday – 6PM-5AM

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Logistics Exception Handler to help manage and fix parcel issues in our client’s warehouse. You’ll deal with damaged, missing, or mislabelled parcels, making sure everything is sorted quickly and safely to keep operations running smoothly and customers happy.

Your Daily Duties:

Handle parcels with issues like damage, missing labels, or wrong addresses.
Use systems to log and close cases.
Find, check, and fix parcels—repackage, escalate, or remove if needed.
Take photos and record parcel details (weight, size, condition).
Store and track items with no labels or waybills.
Reprint labels and manage storage space on shelves.
Work with other teams to close issues quickly.
Meet daily targets and follow health & safety rules.
Keep accurate records and follow data protection (GDPR) rules.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Comfortable using warehouse systems.
Able to lift/move parcels safely.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office is a plus).
Attention to detail and able to work independently.
