Description

• Coordinating domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and couriers
• Preparing shipping and customs documentation (including import/export paperwork)
• Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively resolving logistics issues
• Maintaining accurate records in ERP and logistics systems
• Liaising with suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to track inventory and lead times
• Supporting process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Profile

• Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or shipping role
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations and shipping documentation
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
