Your new roleAs a Long-Term Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in pupils' education during staff absences. You may be placed in a single school for an extended period or across multiple schools depending on your preferences and availability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a safe learning space.
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and providing feedback.
• Collaborating with school staff to ensure a smooth transition and consistent learning experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and strong classroom management skills.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
