An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to work in Heathrow Airport, this position is for a VIP lounge. If you have experience working in lounge or busy restaurant then we would like to hear from you!

Position: Waiter/Waitress

Location: London Heathrow Airport

Pay rate: £13.50 p/h - £14.00

Hours: Early Starts from 04:00 AM and Late Finishes until 22:00 PM

As Lounge Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for:
• Meet and greet the passenger and to create a great first impression, must have an engaging personality
• To know the complete procedure and policies of the lounge, up sell lounge services where necessary
• To be familiar with the lounge menu and offer advice about dietaries and allergies
• Set up the food and lounge area and clearing stations and stock up on food and beverages
• Prepare beverages and serve to guest to avoid queues
• Must have very good communication as you would be required to resolve guest queries

In return Waiter/Waitress will receive:
• Pay rate of £13.50 p/h
• Full time hours between 37.5hrs to 40hrs per week
• Company uniform and ongoing training with progression
• Criminal Record Check (DBS) re-imbursed after 4 weeks

As lounge Waiter/Waitress you must have:
• Previous experience working in similar environment or come hospitality background
• Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverages with interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn lounge service procedures and menus quickly
• Organised and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent command of English or be multilingual with great verbal and written ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, ability to commute to Heathrow as early as 04:00 AM and finish late shift at 22:00 PM

All candidates for this position will be subject to 5 years background check for reference purpose and must possess clear police record (DBS).

Candidates with experience as Host, Hostess, Food Runner, Waiter, Waitress, Food or Beverage Assistant or Bar Staff will be highly desirable.
