Lower KS2 Teacher - Lambeth Primary School - May Start

Location: Lambeth - Short walk from Herne Hill Station
Position: Lower KS2 Teacher (Year 3 or Year 4)
Start Date: 5th May 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (with potential for permanent placement)
Salary: £150 - £260 per day (dependent on experience)

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to a Lower Key Stage 2 class (Year 3 or Year 4)
• Use creative strategies to inspire curiosity and learning in pupils
• Plan collaboratively with parallel class teachers to share ideas and best practice
• Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress effectively
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Be confident managing a classroom and building positive relationships with pupils
• Be committed to promoting high standards and pupil progress
• Bring energy, creativity, and dedication to the role

• Strong SLT and a collaborative staff culture
• Clear behaviour policies and well-resourced classrooms
• Pupils who are eager to learn and respectful
• Excellent transport connections - less than 10 minutes' walk from Herne Hill Station
• Ongoing CPD opportunities and mentoring for professional development
