Loyalty Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a global beauty brand for an exciting 12-month contract role as a Loyalty Manager. This is your chance to shape a cutting-edge loyalty proof of concept for the European market, working with a world-renowned name in the industry.

• Lead the development of a loyalty program proof of concept tailored to European consumers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across retail, marketing, and customer experience

• Use insights to design and optimise strategies for customer retention and engagement

• Report to senior stakeholders and shape the loyalty roadmap from scratch

• Strong experience in loyalty strategy and execution

• Proven track record in retail, aviation, or supermarket loyalty programs (highly desirable)

• Ability to build from zero and operate in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
