Support Staff Required - SEMH Specialist School (Staffordshire, Rural Location)
We are looking for committed and compassionate individuals to join the team at our specialist SEMH school located in rural Staffordshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), and associated behavioural challenges.
Our pupils require consistent, patient and understanding adults who can help them feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning journey.
Please note: Due to the rural location of the school and lack of public transport links, you must have access to your own vehicle and be able to commute independently.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, autism, or behavioural needs is highly desirable
* Strong interpersonal and behaviour management skills
* Resilient, calm, and adaptable under pressure
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
