A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact by helping pupils-especially those with additional needs-overcome barriers to learning and thrive in the classroom.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN), both 1:1 and in small groups.
• Assist teachers in adapting lesson materials and activities to meet individual learning needs.
• Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.
• Play an active role in behaviour management, classroom organisation, and daily routines.

LSA Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN (preferred but not essential).
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to learning support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude to meet the needs of the classroom.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
