You will be proactive in supporting the teacher by adapting resources and teaching techniques based on the feedback you provide from working 121 with multiple students

**Key Responsibilities**

• Support teachers to create alternative learning options

• Give 121 support to students who may be struggling

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Prior experience with children is preferred but not essential
• Clear communication, a patient and professional attitude are key!
• Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
• Strong communication skills for building and nurturing connections
