As a Lunchtime Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

? Supervising students in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas
? Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils
? Ensuring student safety and wellbeing throughout the lunchtime period
? Assisting with any incidents or concerns, following the school's policies and procedures
? Working as part of a dedicated team to maintain a structured and enjoyable lunchtime experience

?? Previous experience working in a school or education setting is essential
?? A strong commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?? The ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive in a busy school environment
?? An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
