Luxury Host

Role

We’re looking for a welcoming and professional Boutique Host to support our client in August. This is a temporary, full-time position, Monday to Friday. The focus is on creating a warm, high-quality experience for every guest, think more hosting, less sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients as they arrive and make them feel comfortable
• Offer refreshments and look after guests while they wait
• Help manage appointment flow in the boutique
• Keep reception and lounge areas tidy and well presented
• Assist the team with basic admin and coordination tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, front of house, or a similar customer facing role
• Someone polished, friendly, and calm under pressure
• Confident working with high-profile or VIP clients
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with fine jewellery or luxury brands is a plus but not essential
