About The Job:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in printing labels to specification, ensuring consistent quality throughout the production process. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Following all standard safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Setting up and adjusting label presses for job runs to meet specifications
• Monitoring product quality and computerised equipment during job runs
• Printing jobs while maintaining optimum production rates and quality standards
• Recording job status, materials, and labour information using production software
• Ensuring cleanliness of the press and work station through good housekeeping practises

Shifts:

• 6am - 2pm
• 2pm - 10pm
• 10pm - 6am

Requirements:

• A safety-first attitude, ensuring compliance with all workplace and product safety standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changes
• Basic machine operator skills and experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• A positive attitude with a keen eye for quality
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work required overtime as needed
