Job Title: Press Machine Operative

Location: Lisburn Area

Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (Mid Shift) 1500 – 2300 Monday to Thursday, 1200 to 1830 Friday

Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a Press Machine Operative to join our client’s busy manufacturing team in the Lisburn area. This is a hands-on role working with compression equipment to produce high-quality components. Ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, this position offers long-term career potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate compression moulding presses in a fast-paced production environment.
• Load raw materials and unload finished components.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Perform tool changeovers and assist with machine setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Report any faults or issues to the supervisor.
• Always follow health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operative role is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
