7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am (3 shift rotation - all staff to work this)

£12.58ph + 2 % performance bonus + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits

A long-standing client of ours in Manningtree is currently looking for a Machine Operator to join their small and hardworking team.

This a fantastic opportunity to join a global supplier company that produces high quality products to a variety of different industries.

This position is a temporary to permanent role.

If you had a great work and personal attitude, are hardworking, like a hands-on role and are keen to be trained and develop a long-term skill and career this is for you! Previous experience is not essential as all training will be given.

You MUST be able to work on a rotating shift pattern due to business needs.

• 7am- 3pm
• 3pm- 11pm
• 11pm- 7am
• Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day - 40-hour week
• No weekend work.

Duties

• Work in a hands-on role
• Operate a full variety of production machinery efficiently (All training given)
• Mix liquid materials, abiding by health and safety standards.
• Ensuring quality standards are kept.
• Re-setting machines where required.
• Checking all machines for any wear and tear before starting up
• Communicate and listen to instructions.
• Work in a production/factory set up with a great team.
