What You'll Do:

• Receive, unload, and distribute incoming and outgoing deliveries with precision.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring everything is in order.
• Prepare mail and files for digital scanning, keeping things organised.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Receive inbound couriers and book outbound deliveries, helping to keep the flow smooth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best results for our clients.
• Take on additional tasks as requested by management, showing your flexibility and commitment.
• Carry out essential administrative duties with a keen eye for detail.
