Mainstream SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in Ealing, graded Good by Ofsted, to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for the academic year from September 2025.

About the school:

• Modern building with well-equipped classrooms and shared intervention spaces

• Collaborative staff team with regular CPD and training

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with autism and speech & language needs

• Running small group interventions targeting literacy, language and social skills

• Supporting classroom activities and helping adapt materials

• Recording and reporting pupil progress to teachers and parents

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Reliable, patient, and proactive approach

• Commitment to work full-time for the full academic year
