Tradewind is working with a popular 3-form entry primary school in Hounslow, graded Good by Ofsted, to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant from September 2025 for the academic year.

Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored 1:1 support to pupils with autism and ADHD

• Delivering small group interventions and catch-up sessions

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

• Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Previous SEN experience, especially with neurodiverse pupils

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Adaptable, positive and proactive attitude

• Commitment to a full-time role for the academic year
