Maintenance Assistant

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Maintenance/Technical Assistant for a Housing Association based in Glasgow.

The role will be for around 2/3 months and the candidate must have experience in an admin / assistant role within a technical/maintenance/repairs team and who may have the ability to carry out some inspections with supervision from a more senior member of staff.

You must have experience form within a social housing background.

The role will involve:

• Speaking to tenants re repairs
• Dealing with contractors
• Carrying out some technical inspections

Start date for the role is as soon as possible.
