Our well-established client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant, who has a keen eye for Painting and Decorating to join their team on a temporary basis. This will be an ongoing temporary role, and the hours will be full time with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Assistant

• Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes using paint brushes and rollers.
• Cleaning in preparing for painting.
• Performing minor repairs to surfaces.
• Addressing problems around the building as they arise.
• General basic maintenance as and when required.

Experience and Qualifications for the Maintenance Assistant

• Previous experience working as a painter and decorator is essential
• Previous experience working as a maintenance assistant is essential
