Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician - Exeter - Temp contract until the end of July - £20.53 PAYE, £26 Ltd. Static site

All reactive tasks throughout the building are completed, proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made

Removing / installing lighting, removing / installing electrical sockets, ensure RAMS are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practices

Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractor works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance/fixes, keeping them honest.
Ensure all storage areas are maintained and kept safe and tidy
Undertake lone working where required Undertake other tasks directed by the account management team

Formal electrical qualification, BS7671 18th edition regulations
Good communication etiquette Team player Able to multitask and prioritise workload
Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service Calm manner, able to work under pressure and make sound decisions when needed Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg Able to work at heights Obtain full Security Clearance
