Maintenance Groundworker

Looking to recruit a Groundworker to undertake repairs and maintenance works for a leading Property Services company based around Basildon on a temporary contract

Offering £18.00phPaye or £23.06ph umbrella + van, fuel card and benefits (no CIS options)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out a verity technical service tasks such as communal paving, road working, flagging and fencing within a domestic social housing setting.
• Use tools and equipment necessary for ground and building works, ensuring and materials ready prior to undertaking any tasks.
• You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a mobile device with training provided, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• full UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided.
• Previous experience as a qualified Groundworker, ideally within the construction industry
• hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or NVQ, with excellent working H & S knowledge.
• CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card
