Maintenance Handyman

We are seeking a Maintenance Multi-Skilled Handyman for a temporary cover role based at Bristol Castle Park View. This position involves carrying out general repairs to apartment blocks, requiring a handyman with basic carpentry and plumbing experience.

• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks in apartment blocks.
• Utilise skills in carpentry and plumbing to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the property.
• Work independently, managing time effectively to complete all tasks within the given timeframe.

• Proven experience in maintenance, particularly in carpentry and plumbing.
• Ability to handle a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
