Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £45,000 p.a

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Manager with hotel experience? We're looking for someone to hit the ground running and help our client maintain their hotel to the highest standards over the next 3 months.

What's on offer?

• Salary £40,000 p.a to £45,000 p.a., depending on experience (Pro-Rata)
• 40-45 hours per week
• Live-in possible if located outside of London

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of 4 maintenance staff
• Carrying out hands-on maintenance and repair tasks
• Ensuring full statutory and legal compliance across the property
• Maintaining the hotel and plant fabric within budget
• Conducting regular inspections and responding to issues promptly
• Coordinating with external contractors when needed

Desired qualifications & skills:

• Immediately available
• Proven experience in Hotel Maintenance at the Supervisory or Manager level
• Strong knowledge of compliance and H&S standards
• Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills
• Confident team leader and communicator
