Maintenance Officer

We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Officer for a contract of around 2-3 months.

The main duties in the role will be:

• diagnosis of maintenance issues
• instruction of repairs
• liaising with internal and external contractors
• carrying out post inspections of repairs to monitor quality and customer satisfaction
• processing purchase orders
• authorising payments for completed work

The role will be to start as soon as possible and you must have previous experience in a similar role, a trade background may also be considered.
