Are you a skilled Maintenance Operative looking for a stable, full-time role in a welcoming and professional environment? We're seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team at a well-established education centre just a short walk from King's Cross Station.

• Salary: £27,000 per year

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (no weekends!)

• Location: Easily accessible central London location near King's Cross

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Operative, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day upkeep of the centre. From minor repairs and basic plumbing to general building maintenance and safety checks, your work will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is essential

• Good knowledge of general repairs, basic electrical, plumbing, and decorating

• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

• Strong communication and organisational skills
