Job Title: Maintenance Operative

Job Description:

Conduct repairs and maintenance on empty and tenanted properties
Perform tasks such as plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and other maintenance work
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
Covering Mansfield and surrounding areas
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
Immediate start available

Responsibilities:

Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
Demonstrate awareness of health and safety procedures
Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
