We're recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the aerospace industry for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Operative to join their team in Southend. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and growth.

?? Shifts: Continental (days & nights)
?? Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
?? Contract: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out routine and reactive maintenance across the facility
• Supporting production uptime and ensuring equipment reliability
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety in a regulated environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience (ideally in manufacturing or aerospace)
• Comfortable working continental shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be willing to undergo an occassional drug testing
