Maintenance Support

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Support person to assist with general maintenance tasks in student accommodation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a broad range of maintenance skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance across the halls of residence.
• Reseal showers and repair or replace shower doors as needed.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform basic plumbing, joinery, and general handyman tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with site staff and report any issues or hazards.

• Proven experience in a general maintenance or handyman role.
• Good all-round maintenance skills including basic plumbing, joinery, and sealing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Friendly and professional attitude, especially when working in a student environment.
