Maintenance Technician – £16.50ph - London SW8

Temporary 4-8 weeks - Weekly pay – No CSCS needed – tools provided

Ritz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Maintenance Technician for a luxury apartment building in South West London.

The successful candidate will work with the team in all-round general maintenance/handyman work involved across the site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a hardworking and committed team and contribute to the smooth running of a prestigious property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building.
• Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps.
• Fix leaks and report any immediate problems found.
• Assist with re-decorating rooms and general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
• Unblock sinks and descale shower heads.
• Move furniture and perform masticking as needed.
• Paint and decorate where required.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting.
• Experience in a trade i.e. plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
• Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
• Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
