We are looking for an enthusiastic caretaker for one of the lively, friendly, and caring school communities on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday, in which innovative teaching is underpinned by strong shared values and complemented by outstanding pastoral care. Daily tasks include:

• Keeping the school's grounds and facilities in good condition.

• Make minor repairs and hire contractors for more significant ones.

• Open and close the school while maintaining security.

• Oversee the cleaning crew.

• General porterage tasks.

Requirements for the application:

• Prior experience working in an educational setting.

• Proven experience in a caretaker, facilities management, or similar role.

• Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance.

• A strong understanding of health and safety practices.

• A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for children.

• The ability to work in the United Kingdom.

• An enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to apply one.

• Must provide 2 professional references.
