Management Accountant | Romsey | £40ph | 6 Month Contract

In this role, you’ll be responsible for analysing and reporting financial data to guide decision-making and planning.  You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and the overall financial performance of the business. As the Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting internal and group financial reporting
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Managing cash flow forecasting and providing financial insights
• Overseeing tax-related matters, including R&D tax credits
• Support accounts payable and supplier administration
• Supervise junior staff and offer process improvements

As the Management Accountant, your skills and experience will include:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency with ERP software (SAF or IFS preferred) and MS Office
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• CIMA, ACA, or similar qualification (or working towards)
