Management Accountant

Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for an exciting interim opportunity in a fast-paced global manufacturing environment?

This is a high-impact role where you will support key financial initiatives in a complex, multi-site environment. It's a dynamic business that values innovation, efficiency, and the strong contributions from their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End & Management Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Cost & Margin Analysis: Analyse manufacturing costs, product margins, and operational efficiencies to drive profitability.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to provide financial insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and enhance cost controls.

We are ideally looking for a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or strong QBE, ideally with experience from within the manufacturing sector. You will be able to evidence proven experience in management accounting and variance analysis skills. Furthermore, you will enjoy being part of a fast-moving and dynamic business.
