Job

The role of Management Accountant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Compiling comprehensive departmental management accounts and delivering insightful financial analysis
• Producing accurate and timely monthly management reporting packs
• Performing detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
• Delivering financial reports tailored to stakeholder needs
• Establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with internal budget owners and senior leaders
• Supporting the planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
• Completing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Creating and formalising business processes and accounting policy documentation
• Assisting the finance function with ad hoc financial management tasks
• Engaging in finance-related initiatives, projects, and presentations

You

As a Management Accountant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Consistently delivering accurate financial data within set timeframes
• Demonstrates outstanding communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proven ability to lead and implement financial transformation initiatives
• Skilled in risk management and navigating complex financial situations
• Holds a recognised professional accountancy qualification
• Brings significant post-qualification experience
• Advanced user of Excel and proficient in data analysis tools
