Management Accountant

We are recruiting an Interim Management Accountant for a Private Equity backed technology client based in (Central) Reading.

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely management accounts.

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Include comprehensive variance analysis, forecasts, and commentary to provide actionable insights to the senior leadership team.

Balance sheet reconciliations.

Implementing solutions to fix problems, improve efficiencies and controls.

You must be:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with extensive management accounting experience gained in a medium / large company environment.

• Proactive, curious, energetic with excellent communication skills.

• A problem solver

• Available immediately / at short notice and living within easy travelling distance of Reading.

Rate: £400-£500 per day inside IR35.

Hybrid role: Two days per week in Central Reading office.
