Management Accountant

Are you an experienced Management Accountant, available on short notice and looking for your next challenge within a dynamic, fast-paced international environment?

We’re currently supporting an international organisation in their search for a Management Accountant to support their expanding European operations. This is a pivotal role within the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely management accounts across multiple EU subsidiaries, each with their own VAT and payroll requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close for EU entities including payroll, VAT returns, EC sales listings and intercompany reconciliations
• Prepare month-end review files and provide detailed commentary explaining changes to the P&L and Balance Sheet
• Collaborate with external accountants to complete the annual audits and statutory accounts
• Multi-currency cashflow management and forecasting
• Prepare monthly payroll journals and manage associated salary payments
• High visibility role with lots of autonomy and room for growth

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong Excel skills and excellent time management, with Netsuite experience a bonus
• Previous experience managing multi-entity accounting and EU VAT
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver under pressure

This is an exciting time to join with plenty of change and future opportunity on the horizon, thanks to a recent acquisition. The role can be hired on either a 6-12-month FTC or Temp-to-Perm basis.
