Management Accountant

Interim Management Accountant- 3 Month Contract- £350-£400 Per Day- Fleet (Hybrid)- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified

IN2 Consult is currently supporting a super high growth client in the Fleet area on the recruitment of an interim, fully qualified Management Accountant

role on a 3 Month Contract basis. The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Finance and the wider team on the end to end production

of month-end managemenet accounts including balance sheet reconciliations.

The key duties of this Interim Management Accountant role include:

• Prepare and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are accurately maintained and variances are investigated.

• Process and review accruals and prepayments in line with accounting standards to support timely and accurate month-end reporting.

• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure cash flow integrity and identify discrepancies promptly.

• Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with HMRC guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.

• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and responding to queries.

• Maintain and improve financial processes and controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

The desired candidate for this Interim Management Accountant role should have the following experience:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Fully Qualified
• Strong Excel Skills
• 3+ Years of experience in leading on the end to end production of month-end management accounts
• Strong Balance Sheet Reconciliations Experience
• Must be available to start within a weeks notice
