Management Accountant

Based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, our growing client seeks a Management Accountant to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working in a hybrid manner after successful training period.

This job would suit someone with proven experience in owning the monthly management pack production for multinational companies with Multi currency experience of dollars orEuros is a must!

Your input will help towards the successful growth and prosperity of the organisation.

The company are a consultancy business within specialist markets across the UK and internationally who have experienced considerable growth.

This person will have strong communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders of the business, both internal and external on a daily basis. Excellent working knowledge of Access Dimensions, InTime, Bullhorn or similar systems is required. The right candidate must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, preferably including PivotTables, VLookups.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the accounts function
• Generate and review gross margin reports
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse travel expenses and calculate PSA liability
• Prepare accruals, prepayments, commission reports, VAT returns, and statutory reports
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform bank and IDF reconciliations
• Strong experience in multi-currency with Dollars and Euros is a must!
• Assist with audits (statutory, bank, and ISO)
• Provide monthly financial reports to the leadership team and business units
