Job Description - Management Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for analysis and strategic insight? We're looking for a Management Accountant to join our dynamic client and play a key role in driving financial performance, business planning, and decision-making.

The Role: As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial information and actionable insights to support senior management. You will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while ensuring financial control and cost efficiency across the business.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, KPIs, and cost structures.
Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insight and improve decision-making.
Assist with strategic planning, financial modelling, and scenario analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

?? Requirements:

QBE or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
