Job Title: Management Accountant (12-Month FTC)
Location: Peterborough (5 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £60,000
Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 Months - Secondment Cover)

We’re supporting a leading international business in their search for a Management Accountant to join the finance team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover an internal secondment.

This is a pure management accounting role - no business partnering, no invoicing, just focused, accurate reporting and analysis. The transactional processing is managed overseas and the commercial finance team handle stakeholder relationships, allowing you to concentrate on delivering timely, insightful weekly and monthly accounts.

• Preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly management accounts

• Analysing financial results and ensuring accuracy of data

• Identifying anomalies or issues in transactional outputs and taking corrective actions

• Supporting internal audit and compliance requirements

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth period-end processes

• Experience in preparing management accounts within a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot and correct discrepancies

• A hands-on approach and comfort working in a structured, process-driven team

• Ideally ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
