Management Accountant
Location: Leicester (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Contract: 6-Month FTC, with strong potential to go permanent
Sector: Financial Services (desirable)

- Own the full month-end process, including preparation of management accounts, journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve financial understanding and support strategic decisions.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Contribute to the integration and alignment of financial reporting post-acquisition.
- Present financial information to senior stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner.

The ideal Candidate
- Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Availability: Immediately available or on short notice
- Experience: Proven track record as a Management Accountant, preferably within a fast-paced, PE-backed, or acquisitive environment
- Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in process automation, continuous improvement, and financial transformation
- Experience in Financial Services is advantageous
