Management Accountant

We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our finance team, responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal accounting processes that support key business decisions.

As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate financial insights, overseeing internal accounting operations, and supporting the management team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Your work will help drive business performance and ensure financial control across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include; preparing and maintaining management accounts, financial reports, and internal dashboards. Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenditure, variance analysis and highlight key financial trends and issues as well as supporting internal and external audit processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Have proven experience in a management accounting role, preferably within professional services or a similar sector.
• Showcase strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and solid understanding of financial management.
• Be skilled within Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or accounting software is advantageous.
• BE an Organised, proactive, team member with excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
