Management Accountant

Radley Green is partnering with an established and growing company with their head offices in London to recruit a Qualified Management Accountant for 3-4 months to cover during a busy period.

The role will report into the Head of Reporting and will own part of the monthly management accounts production.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay £65k-£70k and offers hybrid working.

The duties entail:

• Provide detailed analysis of the P&L to enable senior colleagues and budget holders to challenge the draft budget.
• Prepare monthly financial reforecasts versus budget and identify risks and opportunities. Develop analysis to improve the forecasting process and oversee overall company forecasts
• Monitor performance and budget variances regularly, providing associated analysis. Apply appropriate challenge to forecast and budget requests, ensuring Finance supports key internal stakeholders.
• Take principal accountability for ensuring Finance colleagues include appropriate narrative within monthly management reports.
• Provide support as needed to the financial reporting and investment cost and charges analysis teams, assisting in workload management and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Collaborate closely with Finance colleagues to deliver team objectives. Support the team in managing workload fluctuations, prioritising to meet deadlines, and contributing to team initiatives.

Candidates must be

• Qualified Accountants
• Have experience in producing monthly management accounts
• Be available immediately or on short notice and must be able to commit for a 3-4 month contract
