We're looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, audit or practice experience, and a natural talent for financial modelling, analysis, and data interpretation. You'll play a key role in driving decision-making, forecasting, and improving visibility across the business.

• Prepare and analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

• Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and management reports

• Develop and enhance financial models for strategic planning

• Analyse trends, identify anomalies, and present clear data insights

• Improve internal controls and support audit and compliance activity

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or part-qualified

• 3-5 years' experience in a commercial or practice finance role

• Strong technical and analytical skills - confident with Excel and ideally tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau

• A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset

• Experience with NetSuite (desirable, not essential)

• Based in our London office, Monday to Friday

• Starting salary: £45,000-£55,000, with potential 10% increase after 6 months

• Annual bonus based on performance
