Temporary Management Accountant

• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Contract: Temporary

Are you a dynamic and experienced Management Accountant ready to make an immediate impact? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a finance team on a temporary basis. Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
• Produce financial reports and commentary for non-finance stakeholders.
• File quarterly VAT returns and ensure timely payments.
• Manage payroll journals and authorise payments.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Open to candidates qualified by experience or part qualified.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with VAT (including partial exemption) and payroll.
• Excellent communication skills.
