Management Accountant - temp contract

Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with this outstanding business, based in Basingstoke, who are seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to work a 38hr week for 3 months, possibly up to 6 months.

Ideally, we are looking for a fully/part qualified in ACA, ACA or CIMA, however QBE will be considered. It is essential that you have experience in using Excel and SAP.

Duties will include:

• Member of the UK management accounting team, covering management accounting, forecasting and business partnering support, across all areas of the financial statements including Fixed Assets, Stock, Revenue and Cost reporting
• Provide key support to the Management Accountant team and UK Financial Controller
• Ensure month and year end management accounting tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis
• Support on Intercompany Cross Charges, reconciliation and optimising processes
• Provide cover for other team members

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and will have a solid background in Management Accounts, ideally within an FMCG environment.

You must be a solid team player, with a positive attitude and approachable nature.

This is a busy role and we are aiming for a mid-July start date.
