Management Accountant - Temp to Perm

Got experience reporting overseas? Good. You'll need it.

This business is about to go pan-European. Germany, Spain, Italy. They've got the ambition-they just need the numbers to make sense.

That's where you come in.

They're after a solid, commercially-minded management accountant. Not someone who's just survived year-end, but someone who's helped make international expansion possible.

Temp-to-perm. Show them you're worth it and they'll keep you.

You'll be the Financial Controller's right-hand human.
You'll turn chaos into clarity and make sure managers stop making decisions based on guesswork and gut feelings.

The job isn't revolutionary. But it's important.

Here's what you'll actually do:

• Build reporting that helps teams hit targets instead of hide from them
• Provide P&L insights that mean something
• Sort out the monthlies and year-end without breaking a sweat
• Forecast like someone who knows how much stock is coming down the pipe
• Keep the General Ledger clean enough to eat off
• Prep for expansion-foreign reporting experience = gold dust

What they need from you:
ACCA/CIMA qualified
At least 2 years post-qualified
You've worked with overseas reporting-ideally Europe
Excel wizardry is a must, SQL is a cherry on top
Sector background in construction or hire? Even better

£50m revenue, 20+ departments-so you won't be bored.
